  • Mindset.

    Your mindset is arguably the most powerful tool you have when it comes to navigating a cancer journey or any challenging life situation. There is an inextricable relationship between the mind, body and emotions which affects how you feel. And how you feel influences your well-being.

    And the good new is, you can train your mind! In this section you can find information about accessible meditations; the significance of language; ways to manage stress; how spirituality may be helpful; how to make decisions from your own alignment and truth, and the power of the thoughts in feeding emotional balance, peace and an overall sense of joy!

  • Lifestyle.

    Making some lifestyle changes can drastically support your physical and mental health, and your ability to positively move through your cancer journey. Below you will find some different ways to improve your physical and mental health, all of which I have found very supportive on my journey.

  • Nutrition.

    Nutrition supports our body to heal, rest, grow and repair. There are so many things you can incorporate to decrease inflammation, pain, and sickness whilst increasing increase energy, quality of sleep, and healing.

    Nutrition, minimising physical & emotional stress and surrender are the 3 main factors that I believe enabled me to navigate my high dose chemo without taking any side effect medication and feel well in myself.

    Below you can find out more about food, supplements, juicing, fasting, sleep & colonics I incorporated during my cancer journey.

  • Diagnosis & Treatment

    The diagnosis and treatment journey can feel overwhelming at the start. I have put together resources and support for each stage of the journey and tips for how to overcome fear, prepare physically and mentally for treatment, and find your balance in a time when self-love is completely necessary.

  • Support & Community

    When we have the right people around us, we can feel lifted and supported. From providing practical support with food, work and family, to cheering us up when we feel blue, accepting help graciously is a big part of your healing journey. Below you will find some ideas of how other people might be able to support you, navigating boundaries, and how you are able to give back to promote your own healing. I have also recorded a video on how you might support somebody going through their cancer journey, based on personal experience.
